Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. n Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. n You haven't added any cots. n You haven't added any extra beds.

Cleanliness

Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness, comfortable beds and fresh linens; one stay reported paint/renovation smell but overall rooms and housekeeping were described positively.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive (several named employees received praise); a minority mentioned reception issues, but overwhelmingly service sentiment is very positive, justifying a slightly above-target score.

Location

Consistently highlighted as excellent — just off Times Square yet quiet; guests repeatedly noted convenience for Broadway and walking to attractions, supporting a top-tier location score.

Room Quality

Mixed reports: some rooms described as spacious and comfortable, others as very small with awkward layouts, weak shower or leaking half-door, and AC positioned poorly. Room-size and bathroom layout issues lower this score.

Amenities

Property amenities (bar, restaurant, breakfast) received positive mentions, though at least one guest reported poor amenity replenishment and limited in-room amenities; generally good but not flawless.

Irish Hospitality in the Heart of Times Square

Luxurious Amenities: Enjoy a 24-hour front desk, on-site restaurant, and bar. Relax in stylish guest rooms with flat-screen TVs and upscale bath amenities.
