Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Rooms and public areas are generally clean; housekeeping praised in multiple reviews, though a few guests noted bathroom fixtures are dated and could use upgrades.

Service

Mixed service sentiment: many guests commend friendly and helpful staff and excellent service in parts, while others report understaffing, slow reception/management and a need for more staff training.

Location

Positive location: garden-like grounds, quiet setting, private beach and easy access to sister-hotel facilities; some guests mentioned nearby bar noise and many tour groups but overall location appreciated.

Room Quality

Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and terraces, but frequent complaints about very hard mattresses, a noisy AC in some rooms and occasional missing/worn in-room equipment.

Amenities

Strong amenities: multiple large/heated pools, private beach, villa options and access to sister-hotel facilities were highlighted positively by many guests.

Value for Money

Perceived as lacking value by some guests due to high food and drink prices and expectations not matching a full 5-star experience; several called prices excessive.
