Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: many guests called rooms clean and housekeeping punctual, but others reported clogged sink, mold in bathroom and unclean carpet—overall slightly below excellent.

Service

Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly, helpful and attentive; a single notable lapse (bag not reported) but service was otherwise excellent.

Location

Outstanding location: very close and walkable to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants and public transport nearby; downsides are frequent train noise from the nearby metro line.

Room Quality

Generally positive: Superior rooms described as wonderful with comfortable beds and attractive decor; other rooms are older and small which reduces the score slightly.

Amenities

Mixed: nice toiletries and small touches (free slippers) but practical issues reported—faulty hair dryer, limited plugs/US Bs in some rooms, and occasional lift failure.

Value for Money

Generally seen as good value given location and service; some guests noted small grievances (e. g. , bottled water provided only first day) but overall value is strong.

Location

Embrace stunning city views from the terrace and explore nearby attractions effortlessly with the area shuttle. Within walking distance to landmarks like Champ de Mars, Rue Cler, and the Eiffel Tower.
