Cleanliness

Multiple reviews state rooms were clean and tidy (e. g. , 'Room was clean and tidy', 'Camera pulita', 'Great place clean'), though one housekeeping incident (discarded items) suggests occasional lapses in staff handling rather than room hygiene itself.

Service

Service is mixed: several guests praise friendly, adorable staff and warm arrival attention, but at least one guest reported unhelpful reception and slow assistance with luggage/baby; housekeeping communication could be improved.

Location

Location is frequently praised (close to Getty/Pier, convenient Santa Monica spot, calm setting with parking); some noise noted from busy road/drive-through but overall location is a strong positive.

Prime Location near Venice Beach

Located just a 5-minute drive from the famous Venice Beach, Rest Haven Motel in Santa Monica offers a prime location for beach lovers and explorers alike.
