Mostly praised as very clean and immaculate across reviews; beds frequently noted as exceptional. One guest mentioned only one cleaning during a stay, but overall cleanliness sentiment is strongly positive.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and welcoming; reliable services like bag storage and 24/7 bar/self-service were noted positively, supporting a strong service rating.

Consistently highlighted as a major strength — central, convenient for downtown attractions and 'perfect' for short stays; multiple guests called location excellent.

Rooms are modern and functional with good tech (casting, lighting), but many reviewers cited very small room size, mixed feedback on bed comfort (firm/stiff or sometimes excellent), and occasional thermostat/fridge/shower-door issues.

Modern design and in-room tech praised (casting, high-tech features); 24/7 bar and self-service areas are positives. Some limitations noted (limited facilities, no coffee in room, occasional broken fridge).

Mixed but leaning slightly positive after balancing: several guests called the hotel expensive for small/basic rooms and limited facilities, though others felt the location, cleanliness and service partly justified the price.
