Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple guests explicitly note rooms and accommodation are clean and tidy; cleanliness is a consistent positive across reviews.

Service

Mixed sentiment: several guests praise friendly and helpful staff (named staff and manager praised), but there are repeated reports of poor training, chaotic handling (no reception at check-out) and inconsistent shuttle operations.

Location

Strong positive mentions of mountain setting and excellent lake views; location is a clear asset though access/shuttle service is sometimes unreliable.

Room Quality

Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and well-equipped (kitchenette, Nespresso), but there are recurring operational issues: poor shower drainage, temperature control problems, non-working in-room tablet/streaming and small sauna size.

Amenities

Amenities are frequently praised (in-room sauna, kitchenette, ski storage, Nespresso); however, some guests report the in-room sauna failing or limited sauna access/booking constraints.

Value for Money

Several comments cite breakfast and some services as pricey (example: ~25 EUR for breakfast) and a few guests describe the hotel as expensive, lowering perceived value.

Luxurious Spa Retreat

Indulge in a rejuvenating experience at the full-service spa, unwind in the sauna, or cozy up by the lobby fireplace after a day of skiing. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and take advantage of convenient ski storage.
