Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests call the hotel extremely clean and spotless, but at least one guest reported severe issues (mold, wet floors, sewer smell) so overall cleanliness is rated below target.

Service

Overall very positive: many mentions of helpful, above-and-beyond staff. A few issues noted (front desk training needed, name on reservation not corrected, staff clearing food prematurely) but positives dominate.

Location

Consistently praised: excellent, central location near Bayside and cruise port; multiple guests call the location perfect for sightseeing and access to restaurants.

Room Quality

Mixed: several guests loved the rooms (beautiful, comfortable), but complaints include small rooms, awkward bed placement, inability to adjust AC, and at least one very dirty/moldy room experience.

Amenities

Strong positives: rooftop bar, indoor bar, pool (though one visit was rainy), lounge/computers, luggage storage — amenities are frequently highlighted as excellent.

Food and Beverage

Generally positive: some guests called food 10/10 and praised dining options; a few described food as just okay and one incident where staff cleared items prematurely was noted.

Modern Rooms with High Tech Amenities

The rooms at citizen M Miami Worldcenter are equipped with an i Pad and feature modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi Fi. The stylish decor and comfortable bedding ensure a relaxing stay for all guests.

Convenient Location and Nearby Attractions

Located just 400 meters from the American Airlines Arena, the hotel is in close proximity to popular attractions such as the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Bayside Market Place, and Bayfront Park. With Miami International Airport only 11 km away, exploring the city is easy for guests.
