Best Western Burbank Airport Inn

Mixed sentiment: many guests describe rooms as clean, but there are several serious negative reports (cockroaches, urine odor in some rooms, hair found, persistent carpet smell, and at least one report of skin irritation/insect bites) which lowers this score.

Mixed but generally positive: several guests praise staff (notably the housekeeper Laura) for friendliness and helpfulness, while multiple reviews call out rude or unhelpful front desk receptionists.

Strongly positive: the location is repeatedly praised for proximity to Universal Studios/Hollywood and convenience for sightseeing.

Mixed: rooms described as comfortable and sometimes spacious, but recurring issues include noisy AC units/roof equipment, thin soundproofing by the road, overly soft mattresses for some, small layouts for families, and noticeable carpet odors.

Generally positive for included amenities (free parking, complimentary breakfast), but some guests report problems (no internet during stay, broken waffle maker, variability in breakfast quality) and noisy exterior AC units.

Positive: multiple guests highlight very good value and an unbeatable rate for the location; a minority found the price high given specific room issues.

The Best Western Burbank Airport in North Hollywood, California is the ideal choice for travelers looking for proximity to Universal Studios, City Walk, Burbank Airport, and the Noho Art District.
