Multiple reviewers explicitly praised cleanliness and daily cleaning; one noted a tendency for bathroom to get slightly moldy, but overall cleanliness is reported as very good.

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, extremely polite, helpful and accommodating (bag storage, lending a hair dryer); service is a clear highlight in the reviews.

Consistently praised for proximity to the metro/tram, quiet and safe neighbourhood with cafés and shops nearby; location is a strong positive.

Rooms are described as small and sometimes cramped with limited storage; some rooms/bathrooms noted as renovated but worn furniture and space constraints reduce the score.

Limited in-room amenities: no fridge/mini-bar, no coffee/boiler in room, occasional AC/ventilation issues and an elevator that stops at half-landing — amenities are a weaker area.

Indulge in our meticulously decorated rooms equipped with top-notch amenities like flat-screen TVs, Nespresso machines, and free WIFI.
