Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Several guests praise cleanliness, but multiple reports of persistent carpet/cigarette smells, hairs in rooms and an old food item left in a freezer reduced overall cleanliness sentiment.

Service

Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful and several guests highlighted good service; a few reports of unresponsiveness (e. g. , no follow-up on smell complaints) and slow breakfast service temper the score.

Location

Consistently noted as convenient/central and good for visiting Montreal; a few comments about walking distance to the metro and uphill access.

Room Quality

Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds, but some guests noted tired decor, firm mattresses, dark rooms with small/non-opening windows and dated equipment.

Amenities

Pool, gym and whirlpool repeatedly praised (nice views); parking and facilities generally smooth though the on-site restaurant was viewed as overpriced and average by some.

Value for Money

Multiple guests called the price exaggerated/too expensive and said the hotel did not feel worth the cost, lowering perceived value.

Luxurious Amenities

Experience ultimate comfort at Hilton Garden Inn Montreal with spacious rooms equipped with modern conveniences like flat-screen TVs, microwaves, and refrigerators. Enjoy free Wi Fi and unwind in the sauna or hot tub after a long day of exploring the city.

Dining Excellence

Indulge in a culinary journey at Café-Resto-Bar Circos, offering a delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. For quick bites and beverages, visit the Pavilion Pantry to satisfy your cravings at any time of the day.
