Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally praised as very clean and well maintained; a few guests requested deeper cleaning and noted a bathtub that could be cleaner.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating; front desk and shuttle staff received strong praise despite a few service policy complaints.

Location

Close to the airport and very convenient for travellers; location repeatedly noted as a major positive.

Room Quality

Rooms described as spacious and well maintained despite the hotel being older; windows allowing fresh air were appreciated.

Amenities

Shuttle service and included breakfast are positives, but shuttle availability is limited (mainly arrival/departure) and some guests reported TV/remote issues.

Value for Money

Many guests felt the hotel was worth the price and would stay again, though unexpected prepayment and refusal of late checkout reduced perceived value for some.
