Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake

Many guests described rooms and common areas as clean, but several reported issues (hair in shower, unclean room on check-in, black mold by pool, occasional bathroom cleanliness problems).

Staff consistently praised as exceptional, super friendly, warm and helpful; one note that some staff did not speak French.

Frequently noted as a great location near the highway exit and Niagara Outlets; one guest mentioned it was a 15–20 minute drive to NOTL and one flagged location as a con.

Rooms were described as comfortable and of good size by many, but multiple guests complained about beds (uncomfortable/too high), a noisy AC, toilet height issues, and mixed/unfinished décor.

Pool, hot tub and spa received strong positive mentions (clean and enjoyable); workout room adequate but limited equipment, pool small for laps, towels thin, fire pit closes early.

Many guests felt the price was too high or rates were out of line; several expected breakfast to be included given the cost.
